Former WJZ-TV reporter, Dennis Edwards, was charged with second-degree assault and reckless endangerment for assaulting his wife.
Lisa Edwards told the Baltimore City police that Edwards shoved her down and began banging her head against the floor. She was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
Lisa Edwards filed a protective order against him, and he was ordered to stay away from her until a court hearing in January.
